A new hotel located close to the Royal Palace opposite the waterfront. The hotel features 4 executive suites and 8 superior rooms. FAFA ISLAND RESORT 8 Superior Fale bungalows and 5 deluxe fale bungalows located on Fafa Island which is only a 20 minute boat trip from Nuku'alofa towne, however, feels like you are light years away from the hustle and bussle of city life. 16 Beachfront Fale Bungalows located on Atata Island 10 km from the main town of Nuku'alofa and only a 30 minute boat trip from Nuku'alofa wharf, however, feels like you are light years away from the hustle and bussle of city life. Laze away the day on a white sandy beach with excellent swimming and snorkelling. The bungalows feature 2 divan beds in the lounge and separate bedroom with queen size or 2 single beds, ceiling fans, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and private shower and toilet. Also available are honeymoon-style mini suites with queen bed and lounge suite. All bungalows have private verandas. The resort features a swimming pool, restaurant and bar. Complimentary snorkelling equipment, sailing dinghies, windsurfers and paddle skis. PANGAIMOTU BUDGET RESORT
3 beach fales located on Pangaimotu Island which is only a 10 minute boat trip from Nuku'alofa towne, however, feels like you are light years away from the hustle and bussle of city life. Laze away the day on a white sandy beach with excellent swimming and snorkelling. The bungalows feature double or 2 single beds, mosquito netting, table and chairs facing the lagoon and private shower and toilet (note: only cold water). There is also an 10 bed dorm which features a communal shower and toilet and large picnic table. Note: Electricity in the fales is not always available, however, there are kerosene lamps in each accommodation. The Resort offers snorkelling trips to Makah'a Reef Island with its very large coral heads which serve as a breeding ground for a large variety of colourful fish. OTUHAKA BEACH RESORT
8 Budget Bungalows located on a wide white sandy beach on the north-western coast of Tongatapu approximately 30 minute drive from Nuku'alofa. The budget bungalows feature double bed with share toilet facilities. The standard bungalows feature private shower and toilet and the superior bungalows are larger also featuring a sofa. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment on the upper level of the main house occupied by the owners. The apartment features private shower and toilet, TV, video, stereo and fully equipped kitchen. The resort is quiet and peaceful and features a restaurant and bar. The lagoon is not deep enough for swimming, however good for snorkelling at high tide. A popular budget resort located on the beach at Kolovai on the north-western coast of Tongatapu approximately 30 minute drive from Nuku'alofa.
