SEA KAYAKING-
is a marvelous way of exploring the Islands of Vava'u. Paddle
around the humpbacks during the months July-October and marvel
at natures door.Vava'u is an excellent area for Sea Kayaking
as it is protected by a semi-circular reef. The islands are
separated by reefs or open water, but are not great paddling
distances apart. This makes for one of the best sea kayaking
areas of the South Pacific. Sea kayaking expeditions generally
paddle in the mornings, leaving the afternoons free for snorkeling
amidst colorful coral and inside legendary marine caves; exploring
lush tropical bush; and observing the traditional village lifestyle.
